• Audit input — the website URLs you submit for analysis.
• Communications — messages you send to our support email.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — audits run, pages viewed, features used, and approximate daily usage counts.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps. Your IP address may be used to detect your country for conveniences such as pre-selecting a phone country code, and to prevent abuse of daily limits.
• Cookies — a secure session cookie to keep you logged in, and analytics cookies (see Cookies below).

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and provide the SEO audit Service.
• To generate reports, send PDF/email reports you request, and keep your audit history.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions (via our payment gateway).
• To enforce fair-use daily limits and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts) and, where permitted, service updates.
• To improve the Service, troubleshoot issues and ensure security.

4. Payments

Paid plans are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. When you pay, your card/UPI/bank details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay under their own security standards and privacy policy — we do not store your full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers. We retain only transaction references (such as order and payment IDs), plan, amount and status for billing and support purposes.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We also use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate, anonymised usage so we can improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in.
