1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEO Audit Pro service at freeseoaudit.dotplus.in (the "Service"), operated by DotPlus Technologies Private Limited ("DotPlus", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must verify your email address to activate certain features.

3. The Service

The Service analyses website URLs you submit and returns automated SEO reports (covering on-page, technical, speed, schema and related factors). Reports are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, traffic or business outcome. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to audit websites you are not authorised to analyse where such analysis would be unlawful.
• Attempt to bypass daily usage limits, rate limits or security measures, or use bots/scripts to abuse the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the Service's operation.

5. Plans, pricing & billing

• We offer a free plan and paid plans (Freedom Pro and Freedom Infinite). Current prices and limits are shown on our Pricing page and may include limited-time offers.
• Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Applicable taxes may apply.
• Paid plans are valid for the stated validity period (currently 30 days per cycle for monthly plans) and provide the daily limits described for that plan.
• We may change prices, plans or features; changes apply to future billing cycles and will be reflected on the Pricing page.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text and reports' format, is owned by DotPlus Technologies Private Limited and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business or personal purposes. The audit data about your own website is yours to use.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, Google PageSpeed Insights for speed data and Razorpay for payments). Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability or accuracy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that reports will be complete or accurate for every website.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotPlus and its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
